I had drainage issues. I had standing water and muddy issues after a rain. The plastic piping that waters the foundation was fully exposed and when it came on to water the foundation the water/mud issues returned. This mess was on the west side of my house where nothing grew due to lack of sunlight. It was an eyesore as well. I found Pro Grade Services by accident on Facebook and called them. Reed came out, assessed the situation and had a remedy. He came back in a couple of days, spent two days on my project and boom. No more problems. Not only did he fix my problem he made it look great too. He is a very pleasurable young man and a hard worker. He did what he said he was going to do. I hear so many people complain about contractors, their lackluster workmanship or leaving with your money before the work is complete. Reed is a man of his word. He accepted my job on a handshake. Fantastic experience working with Reed. Had erosion issues and large amounts of water pooling after every rain due to the gutter downspouts. Reed came out, evaluated the situation and came up with a plan. Within a week they were digging and installing new underground drain lines to move the water away from the house and into the alleyway. We had heavy rain the last few days that put the new install to a good test. ZERO water pooling in the yard and the areas that had been eroded previously and fixed, weren’t even touched by water. Reed and his crew did two jobs for my home: 1. A flood drain pipe that connected all 8 downspouts between mine and my neighbor's house. 2. A back patio extension and side patio space with 18"x18" pavers and finishing rock. I'm a very particular customer when it comes to house projects and that can be stressful for contractors, but Reed was patient and listened to my requests throughout the process.
